• Nov. 2, 10:06 p.m.: Officer Robert Drouin and Rumford Officer Brad Gallant responded to a domestic violence call on Carlton Avenue. Robert Pingree, 37, Mexico, was charged with domestic violence against one female and assault on another female. Both victims were transported to Rumford Hospital and released. Pingree was unable to make the $600 secured bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.
• Nov. 2, 9:05 a.m.: Kelly Blanchard, 35, Roxbury, was arrested by Officer Caroline Casey on a warrant charging unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. She was also charged with possession of a Schedule W drug. She posted $2,000 cash bail and has a court date of Feb. 13.
• Nov. 1, 4:04 p.m.: Chief Roy Hodsdon responded to a call from a woman who wired $2,500 cash from the Mexico Wal-Mart for a vehicle purchased over Craig’s List but was never received. The case is under investigation.
• Nov. 1, 1:32 p.m.: Lt. Dan Carrier arrested Amber Ladd, 31, of Rumford on a charge of violation of bail and she was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
• Oct. 26, 8:57 p.m.: Officer Dean Benson responded to a report from a Yarmouth man, who was in Mexico, saying he received a call from a financial institution asking if he had purchased a cellphone. Apparently he had, but someone changed the shipping address to Mexico. The man canceled the transaction. The case is under investigation. Hodsdon urged people to be very careful with their credit card information.
