MINOT — Robert “Bob” Morgan Graham passed away on Saturday, June 24, at home surrounded by his family, after a brave battle with cancer.
Robert was born July 31, 1952, in Salem, Mass., the son of Robert J. Graham and Johan (Titus) Graham. He came to Maine at a young age and graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School in 1970. He married his high school sweetheart, Faye (Hawkins) Graham, in 1971, and they were longtime residents of Minot.
Robert worked as a commercial insulation mechanic for over 40 years. He had a love of animals and leaves behind his dog, Miley. His favorite pastime was camping at his beloved campsite in Warren, N.H. He enjoyed cutting his own firewood and was known for his meticulous wood pile. In his younger years, he enjoyed dirt bike trail riding and competing in enduro races. Bob’s family was his greatest joy.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Graham; his daughter, Julie (Graham) St. Hilaire and husband, Bryan; and the love of his life, granddaughter, Hannah Morgan, who affectionately called him “Bup.” He is also survived by his mother, Johan Graham; sister, Jennifer Hansen and husband, Carl; brother, Hugh Graham and wife, Sharon; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Robert J. Graham; and younger brother, Christopher Graham.
