Snowshoe Club to resume cribbage
RUMFORD — The Snowshoe Club will resume Thursday night cribbage games at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at the clubhouse on Waldo Street.
These games are played as singles, and everyone is welcome.

Heywood Club plant terrarium workshop
NORWAY — The next meeting of the Heywood Club will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, at the clubhouse.
There will be a brief business meeting followed by a fun “hands-on” plant terrarium workshop hosted by Celeste Yakawonis of Party’n with Plants Maine. The cost will range from $15 to $27 per person.
Refreshments will be provided.
Reservations are required by Friday, Sept. 8.

OXFORD — Oxford Hills Duplicate Bridge Club plays at 9:15 a.m. Fridays in the Oxford Recreation building on King St.
