In regards to Maine Department of Human Services financial situation, perhaps we should vote “yes” on Question No. 3 on Nov. 4. A casino in Maine to can cover the cost. Maybe we should let the Passamaquoddy and Penobscot Tribes operate Maine Department of Human Services, too.
