I recently read an article in your paper that said the police were going to crack down on the unnecessary noise of car stereos and motor cycles.

To date, I, as a citizen, have yet to see the police in the Twin Cities stop anyone for the noise they are making. with their car stereos or motor cycles.

This is very annoying, the same as people parking in handicapped parking spaces, that don’t belong in those spaces and people not having decency enough to stop for anyone in a crosswalk. This just goes to show how rude and ignorant people are and can be.
