The Vice President of the Lewiston Maineiacs hockey team, Matt McKnight, is the featured speaker at the trade show kick-off breakfast at Chase Hall. McKnight will talk about the new Lewiston hockey team, his ambitions for the upcoming season, and the renovations at the Central Maine Civic Center.
McKnight is one of 16 partners who oversee and manage the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s activities and operations. McKnight was twice the recipient of the St. Claire Group Trophy as Marketing Director of the Year for the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He was also a recipient of the Community Service Award in recognition of his personal commitment to advancing hockey in Nova Scotia.
After six years of extensive experience with business and partnership development as Marketing Director and Business Director for Halifax Mooseheads Hockey Club Inc., McKnight started a marketing consulting company, McKnight & Associates Inc., in 2000.
