AUBURN – New Auburn Little League welcomes any member of the community to join the group for its annual election meeting to nominate and select the 2009 Board of Directors.

Also, anyone interested in serving on the board is encouraged to attend the meeting Monday, Jan. 19 at 6:30 p.m. at ESM (Electrical Systems of Maine) on Minot Ave.

Pond hockey tourney planned

AUBURN – The first-ever Tim Horton’s Classic 3-on-3 pond hockey tournament will be held Saturday, Jan. 31 and Sunday, Feb. 1 at Walton School.

Entry fee is $30. Preregister by email at timhortonsclassic@gmail.com.
