LISBON — Lorraine E. Brown, 84, of Leeds, died Friday, Nov. 24, at The Lamp in Lisbon.

She was born a daughter of Eugene and Irene Pinard Bazinet in Lewiston on July 27, 1933. Lorraine worked at several shoe shops from the age of 16 until she retired from Falcon Shoe in 2012.

She was a member of the First Assembly Church of God in Lewiston for 45 years. Lorraine enjoyed doing church functions as well as family get-togethers.

She was predeceased by her parents; her spouse of 47 years, Bernard Brown; and a son-in-law, Daniel Farrell.

Survivors include two sons, James and wife, Gabrielle Brown of Florida, Gary and wife, Joan Brown of Lisbon; two daughters, Gail Farrell of Auburn, and Mrs. Steve (Lynne) Langelier of Leeds; three sisters, Connie Mercier of Auburn, Rachel Wilson of North Carolina, Mrs. Harvey (Elaine) Bell of Lisbon Falls; one brother, Gilbert Pinard and wife, Jeannine of Auburn; grandchildren, Scott Brown, Tiffany Roosevelt, Melissa Brown, Kevin King, Jenny Brown-Lowe, Brad, Bryan and Brent Farrell, April and Tyler Langelier; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to give a special thank-you to the staff of Beacon Hospice and The Lamp in Lisbon for their compassion and care extended to Lorraine and her family.
