- Rumford’s Napoleon Ouellette AL Auxiliary members attended the American Legion convention recently in Bangor. They presented a check for $750 to benefit the Togus "Welcome Home" in Augusta, which supports veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan and helps them transition back into the community.
