LEWISTON — Nicola “Mario” Scarpelli, 95, son of Giovanni and Maria (Viapiano) Scarpelli, died peacefully Saturday, Feb. 3, of a short illness. Mario will be fondly remembered and missed by many for his sweet smile and for the true gentleman that he was. Arrangements under the care of Direct Cremation of Maine, Belfast.
