MONMOUTH – No injuries were reported in a Tuesday night accident on Route 202, near the Leeds town line. The accident is being investigated by the Monmouth Police Department. The Kennebec County Sheriff’s Department did not assist nor is it investigating the accident, according to Monmouth police Chief Robert Annese. Incorrect information was submitted for a B2 story in Wednesday’s City edition.
