LIVERMORE FALLS – Police arrested Toby Chicoine, 18, of Livermore Falls on Sunday on a charge of domestic assault. A woman reported that she was assaulted by Chicoine, Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.

Also, police are looking for a silver van that took off from Puff’n Stop Sunday without paying for $7.80 worth of gas. The driver was reported to be a tall man with gray hair, the chief said.

A Baldwin Street woman reported Sunday that someone entered her home and stole her purse, Steward said.
