Dear Sun Spots: I have some car trophies, and I’m wondering if there is a club that would be interested in them. There are no personal names on them. Thanks. – No Name, No Town.

Dear Sun Spots: We have been sending boxes to our troops in harm’s way for some time. Even though donations have slowed down, we continue to send out boxes.
As a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9459 in Lisbon, I am seeking assistance from Sun Spots column readers.
We need the names and addresses of troops deployed, so that we can continue to send donations to our troops. Fortunately, the names we have had have come home. We want to continue this with anyone’s help. I’m sure that the troops appreciate what we send and share with others. Please, if anyone knows of someone, please send their name and address to Rosemary Lane, 50 Lisbon St., Lisbon, ME 04250. It doesn’t matter where the deployed soldier lives, we accept any name to help them. We are also still accepting donations at the post home. We are open Wednesday to Friday after 4 p.m. We are located on Route 196 in Lisbon, across from Larry Stewart’s Auto. Any questions, please feel free to contact me at 353-4879 and leave a message. Thank you and God bless American and God bless our troops in harm’s way. – Rosemarie Lane, Lisbon.
