CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – Thgovernment is accusing a network of Hudson construction companies of paying its workers less than minimum wage and shortchanging them on overtime.
The Department of Labor filed a civil lawsuit against Dipat Construction, Jerry Construction and Kel-Rick Construction Management, seeking three years worth of unpaid wages and damages on behalf of 110 workers.
The lawsuit alleges the companies paid employees less than the federal minimum wage and did not pay overtime for working more than 40-hour weeks.
