LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will hold its next Professional Development Series talk titled 7 Principles of Generating Retirement Income from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the chamber’s conference room, 415 Lisbon St.
Presenters include Ruben Gonzalez, Northeast/Retirement director, and Janus and Salvatore Bonetti, financial advisers, Baystate Financial. This comprehensive workbook and presentation will assist advisers with client conversations about generating income in retirement.
Discussion topics include: Outspending your savings; consolidating cash flow; dividing long-term investment plans into shorter time periods; the pitfalls of investing solely for income; why taxes matter; maximizing Social Security benefits; and the role of guaranteed income solutions.
