FARMINGTON — The University of Maine at Farmington’s annual Arts and Crafts Show is seeking artists and crafters from across Maine interested in exhibiting their original and creative work at this public show.

It will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in the UMF Olsen Student Center on South Street. They are seeking vendors to sell their handcrafted art and gift items, clothing, hand-sewn crafts, holiday items and more.

JAY — The Spruce Mountain High School Class of 2019 is sponsoring the Spruce Mountain Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Spruce Mountain High School Gym, 33 Community Drive. Proceeds go toward graduation and rafting trips.

Over 40 vendors will sell jewelry, handmade wreaths, art, homemade jams, screen printed clothing and more. Pictures with Santa will be available for $3.

MEXICO — Mexico Congregational Church, UCC, 163 Main St., will hold its annual Christmas Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.

There will be games and activities for children, a bake sale and several raffles. Handcrafted items will also be for sale. The kitchen will serve coffee and cinnamon rolls in the morning. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and includes chicken soup, corn chowder, sandwiches and apple crisp.

The conference room will feature sales of members’ surplus fabric and craft supplies, books and puzzles, and gently-used decorative Christmas items.

JAY — Bean’s Corner Baptist Church will hold a craft fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3. There will be vendors, silent auction, pony rides and free lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Proceeds from a silent auction will be donated toward a January Dominican Republic mission trip, and proceeds from table space with be used for care and community outreach projects.

TURNER — The Turner Timberland ATV Club will host a craft and vendor fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Boofy Quimby Hall. It is free and open to the public.

Over 25 vendor booths will be available. ATV Club members will also have ATV and snowmobile items for sale. There will be raffles and 50/50 all day. Winners will be called so there’s no need to be present all day.

MINOT — The Minot Corner United Methodist Church at Route 121 and Empire Road will hold a craft fair from 9 a.n. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.

There will be crafts, knitted items and Christmas gifts, as well as a baked goods, candy and fudge table, and old-fashioned store cheese available. New this year is a pet table for people to get something for their furry friends.

A homemade lunch of fish or corn chowder, mac and cheese and free coffee will be served beginning at 11 a.m. There will also be a silent auction table and free drawings for door prizes.

DIXFIELD — The Dixfield American Legion Ladies Auxiliary will hold a craft fair and Chinese auction Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Dixfield American Legion Hall. Concessions will be for sale.

PARIS — The Maine Veterans’ Home will hold a craft fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at 477 High St. Refreshments will be served.

BETHEL — Telstar High School will hold a craft fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in the school cafeteria. There will be crafts, vendors, bake sale and a ticket auction.

There will be a corn chowder luncheon served from 11 a.m. until sold out. There will also be a Chinese Auction, bake sale and greeting card sale by the box.

WATERFORD — Waterford Grange will host a craft and flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, Nov. 3 and 10.

Handmade, sewn, knit and crocheted items and locally made crafts will be available. The flea market will include items such as toys, books and seasonal decorations.

The Grange hall is on Route 35 beside the North Waterford Post Office. Money raised will go to supporting local charities and repairing the Grange hall.
