FALMOUTH — Leah Landry notched four goals and an assist as Lewiston/Monmouth/Oak Hill opened the girls’ ice hockey season with an 11-1 win over Greely at Falmouth Family Ice Center on Saturday night.
Gemma Landry added two goals and an assist while Lilly Gish also potted a pair of goals for the Blue Devils. Linnea Koivisto scored early in the second period to spoil the shutout bid of Lewiston goalie Camree St. Hilaire.

Maine 58, North Carolina A&T 52
ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Tanesha Sutton scored eight of her game-high 17 points in the fourth quarter to lead Maine to a 58-52 win over North Carolina A&T in the Navy Classic.
Tied at 41 after three quarters, Maine opened the fourth with a 14-3 run and went on to outscore the Aggies 17-11 in the final quarter to seal the win. Blanca Milan added 13 points and Parise Rossignol 10 points for the Black Bears (4-2), who will play Pennsylvania in the second day of the tournament on Sunday.
Women’s hockey
Maine 4, Dartmouth 1
ORONO — Celine Tedenby scored twice and dished out an assist to help Maine rally to a 4-1 victory over Dartmouth in a non-conference game at Alfond Arena.
Tereza Vanisova added a goal and an assist for the Black Bears (8-6-1), including what proved to be the game-winning goal on a breakaway in the second period. Carly Jackson finished with 12 saves in net for Maine.
Tess Bracken notched the lone goal for Dartmouth (2-6-1) on a power play in the first period.
Men’s hockey
Quinnipiac 2, Maine 0
ORONO — Keith Petruzelli stopped all 23 shots he faced to give Quinnipiac a weekend sweep of Maine, 2-0, at Alfond Arena.
Ethan de Jong and Zach Metsa scored for the Bobcats (11-2-0). Jeremy Swayman made 17 saves in net for the Black Bears (4-7-1).
Junior hockey
L/A Nordiques 9, Niagara Falls 2
LEWISTON — Colby Audette led seven different scorers with two goals and two assists as the Lewiston/Auburn Nordiques rolled to a 9-2 win over the Niagara Falls PowerHawks at Androscoggin Bank Colisee.
The Nordiques broke open a 2-1 game with five unanswered goals in the second period. They outshot the PowerHawks, 79-18.
Daniel Miller made 16 saves in net for L/A. Josh Mitchell made 69 saves for Niagara Falls.
