In the 1970s Guy Boisse bought the building and ran National Pharmacy from the first floor until 2002.  Applying some fresh paint and “elbow grease,” Boisse and his son Dan opened the function room on the top floor again for weddings and other social gatherings.  Few things were changed from the original structure and fixtures.

The building again became vacant, until it was purchased several years ago by Rick LaChapelle, owner of the Lewiston Pawn Shop, who has renovated the first floor to house many of his musical items.  The top floor is crowded with pawn shop inventory, but otherwise looks much the same as it did when it was built in 1914.
