- Bill Barr recently presented the American Legion, Department of Maine, Law Officer of the Year Award to Lisbon police officer Ryan McGee. McGee is credited by hospital staff with saving the lives of two Lisbon citizens within a three-month period by administering CPR prior to the arrival of EMT personnel.
