- On Wednesday, Dec. 8, the Rangeley Community Chorus will present an evening of music, “Sing, Wassail!,” under the direction of Susan Downes-Borko. The program at the Church of the Good Shepherd will offer a mix of music such as “Jazz Gloria,” by Natalie Sleeth; “Gloria in Excelsis Deo,” from “Gloria,” by Antonio Vivali; “God Bless Us Everyone,” from Disney’s “A Christmas Carol,” recorded by Andrea Bocelli; and “God Rest You Merry, Gentlemen,” with Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite,” arranged by Larry Shackley. The program will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets, $10, are available at the Rangeley Chamber of Commerce, 864-5364; and they will be sold at the door.
