BETHEL — A story published on Page B1 of Wednesday’s Oxford Hills and River Valley editions should have said 23 people who signed a third petition regarding the Bruce Manzer asphalt plant stated they did notice offensive odors during the summer of 2010. The information was incorrectly reported by the Sun Journal.
