Fires in Lisbon and Norway highlight cold snap

Fire crews from more than 20 communities were out between 4:30 and 6 a.m. Saturday fighting fires in Norway and Lisbon, and midday in Strong, as warming centers pop up all over the region to counter arctic temperatures.
