2 to 4 inches of rain brings flash flooding to Androscoggin County area
A flash flood warning went out to those in the Lewiston and Auburn region Tuesday evening. According to National Weather Service, some 2 to 4 inches of rain was expected and the warning is in place until 9:30 p.m.
