State agency ‘dismayed’ that plans moving forward to discontinue water service to Moscow
The Office of the Public Advocate in a letter this week to the state Public Utilities Commission expressed concern that the PUC is allowing the Bingham Water District to stop water service next week to people in Moscow because of a dispute over an unpaid $24,000 bill.
