None of the suspended nurses at CMMC in Lewiston have been reinstated

Union officials said they were premature in announcing that one of the 20 nurses suspended amid a unionizing effort had been allowed back to work.

A crowd of more than 100 called for the reinstatement of 20 nurses who were fired or suspended from the hospital this month.

Officials with the hospital system declined to comment publicly on the announcement Thursday.
