HCC bringing recovery center to Franklin County
Healthy Community Coalition will be opening two new recovery centers in Franklin County. The first recovery centers in Franklin County, they will offer a safe location for those who are recovering from substance abuse and will help combat the ongoing opioid crisis in the state of Maine.
