United Way launches car repair program
United Way of the Tri-Valley Area Director of Marketing and Communications Nichole Ernest said the "Don't Despair Car Repair Program," which is funding up to $1,000 in car repairs for local participants, is a part of the organization's strategic goal to address regional issues around transportation.
