Ronald Fowler is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, its marine security response team, and the Air National Guard. Once a reluctant high school student, he is on the verge of earning his PhD and is in his third year as a law enforcement educator.

District, partners make sure students accommodated after fire
Paris Elementary School closed last week after fires were set in two bathrooms Tuesday morning. One of the fires caused significant smoke damage to the area where 5th and 6th grade classes are held and that section of the school remains closed while clean-up and repairs are done this week.
