Mountain Valley’s Anthony Mazza following in father’s footsteps at Lobster Bowl
Mazza will have a different experience than his father did, but he has plenty of experience with Devin Roberts, who will be his coach at Saturday's showcase event. The 7-on-7 tournament features eight teams, each of which features area players.

All-Region Boys Lacrosse Player of the Year: Oak Hill’s Tiger Hopkins
Junior scored 61 goals and tallied 44 assists and led Oak Hill/Lisbon/Monmouth to the Class C state championship game this season.

The Raiders' ace sported an ERA lower than 1.00. He also reached base nearly half the time he stepped to the plate and then used his speed to advance on the basepaths.

Lobster Bowl switching to 7-on-7 tournament this summer
After originally deciding to cancel the Maine senior football all-star game for the second straight year, organizers pivoted to a 7-on-7 tournament to be held in Lewiston on July 17.
