PACE’s Stacy Blaquiere honored with the Captain Joel Barnes Memorial Award

The community service award is presented annually by the Maine Mariners, teamsters Local 340 and Berwick Firefighters Association to recognize a first responder who embodies the spirit of Berwick Captain Joel Barnes, who died in the line of duty in 2019.
