Rumford, Dixfield women identified as victims of deadly crash in Albion
Kandi L. Carrier, 38, of Rumford, died Friday after the van she was riding in collided with a pickup truck. The van's driver, Mandy L. Thibodeau, 46, of Dixfield, was injured and is in fair condition at a Bangor hospital.
