LEWISTON — Ruth P. Deveau, 94, formerly of Old Town and Montello Heights, Lewiston, died Friday, Feb. 10, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Jan. 5, 1923, in Bangor.

She married William E. Deveau, Aug. 30, 1945, and he passed away Jan. 21, 2001.

She is survived by her children, William E. Deveau Jr. (Eileen) of Lakeland, Fla.; Joan C. Cloutier (Michael) of Auburn; and Sharon Handy (James) of Lewiston.
